Wolves at Pistons 11.11

Post by Leado01 »

The cold shooting appears corrected here in the opening minutes, a little d would be nice. We do get pushed around by tougher teams.

Vonleh should contribute tonight.

He's one of these guys that you kind of warm up to after watching him for a while. I remember seeing him at first at Summer League and kind of laughed him off. He just doesn't look like an NBA player, with his small frame and receding hairline. But after about 3 or 4 games, I started to realize he had some real game. Still not sure he's an NBA caliber full time #2 point guard, but he's easy to root for.

Wiggs is really seeing the floor. The pistons defense is gravitating towards him, and hes making the right plays.

Point wig works for our offense. We are a drive and kick team now. No complicated x and o's.

Wig has one of the best first steps in the league and him being coached and asked to attack the rim and us playing with 1 big has opened the floor for everybody. If we have legit wing shooters, wig would have double digit assists the last few games.

Peterson said it was because Layman is playing well.
