The Nuggets going ice cold let MN back into that game and great point on the 3pt shooting we would have won easily with better shooting from 3pt range or even from the free-throw line. That Culver dunk opened my eyes and though I wouldn't describe him as controlled he is effective with the ball on a good amount of drives. Culvers shot has to be poor mechanics right? Some of his shots are just so off, I do think he will work on his shot along with being stronger on finishes when in the paint. I see plenty of things I like in his profile he'll be an attractive asset or long term piece well worth moving Dario.

It's worth remembering he changed his shooting form after his freshman year of college.

As for Dario his numbers so far with the Suns are underwhelming...wait did you know Aron Baynes is averaging almost 16ppg in 24mpg??!? Anyway we will see how Dario does the rest of this year AND then how much he gets paid in the offseason. Also worth considering is how Vonleh or Bell does the rest of this year. Vonleh has been pretty solid so far. Dieng's stats in his limited playing time are even not too shabby.

I love the way Vonleh walls up on defense, Dieng has always been an active player and if either could take the next step they could be quite valuable in a limited role.

I like they have given Dieng some run lately. For all Vonleh's merits he isn't a shot blocker and for Dieng's faults he does have that as something he can do. He is also more of threat to give you some sort of offense. Vonleh I think offensively can get a bit lost Dieng knows what he is doing he screws up because he travels. I think they compliment each other well. Dieng is the active frenetic guy (averaging almost a steal and a block a game while having a lower foul rate) but is also a vet and Vonleh is the strong rugged solid dude but is still young. Bell could have a role as a small ball big who can get some minutes when you are playing teams that really go small. It looks like they have some solid options for most nights plus they have guys like Graham and Layman that can play small ball PF.
