That said, I like his athleticism, rebounding, youth and 3-point shooting. What I don't like are reports that he is a poor decision maker and doesn't facilitate for others, and these qualities are on display in his negative assist to turnover numbers.
But you're not going to get anyone perfect at 20, so I'm on board with this pick. Kudos to several of you for the early identification of this guy. He was not on my radar until I read about him here.
I don't really see any scenario where he is a playmaker here anyway so that's probably a good thing that's his biggest weakness. Teague, Jimmy, Wiggins, Rose (maybe), Tyus. He's just not gonna have the ball in his hands much. Play defense and knock down open shots.

Fair point, khans...yeah, this looks like a pretty good pick.

I'd guess he isn't going to have to be making as many decisions in his role here. It seems like he does a lot of things well or at least decent. Again I think Thibs is going for guys that can do a little bit of everything. He fits that.
I like it. Seems like a guy that can easily play some minutes next year off the bench. May be one of those cases where our 2nd round pick plays substantially more minutes than our 1st round guy.
Wolves snag KBD there at 48. Can't be disappointed with that. Super solid player on both ends of the court and we needed another SF/PF tweener going forward. Thought maybe Chimezie Metu might have been in play there to add some real length in the frontcourt, though.
