LOL, Grayson Allen already getting into a little scuffle at Summer League. There is a part of me that wouldn't have minded drafting him. We could use someone that irritates people and is willing to mix it up. Of course, if he can't shoot or do much else, then he's just a hack.

I watched some highlights from his first could games. His passing actually looked pretty impressive. I dont know how much that will translate to the NBA level but he looked better doing it than Trae Young who is touted as a very good passer coming out of college. Trae Young din't back down from Allen so that's a positive for him.

I'm looking forward to seeing our two picks this evening live at Thomas Mack. I'll be sure to provide a report.

I'm very excited to hear a review of someone at the game. I'm more curious about the players but I am also interested in any observations you have of Jon Lucas coaching/interacting with the players etc.

Allen is a very skilled player overall, but he's one of these guys that just might be a half-beat away from having any meaningful NBA success....or end up being an invaluable cog to some team. I really don't know. Someone could sway me either way on that guy.

I'll be looking for those sorts of things, Monster. That's part of the fun of attending Summer League. You can get pretty close, and observe a lot of things both during and between games.

I feel like there's been a nice little rivalry developing between us and Utah. I can see Allen fitting right into their chippy, divey culture there. Hope he doesn't injure any of our guys, but I like the edge he plays with.

I had to upgrade my DirecTV programming to get back NBA-TV (it's including with League Pass, but goes away during the offseason). I'll downgrade once Summer League is over.

Looking forward to see the young pups in action tonight!

I've been trying to figure out which online package will be best to get all the games. One part I am confused by is it seems that some games might be carried by NBATV and one of the ESPN channels maybe ESPNU.

I had the Choice package, which included ESPNU, but not NBA-TV. I switched to the XTRA package which includes NBA-TV. It's something like $12 a month more, but it will be prorated for only the time I keep it, which will be through the end of Summer League.
