A couple smaller points after thinking a bit and revisiting the box score.
Towns deserves credit for not hijacking the offense or having some sort of other issue becasue he didn't get more touches.
Bazz was-8 but did put in 6 points on 3-5 shooting in 9 minutes. That one post up he had that he got to the middle of the lane was pretty nice. I'm not suggesting he was good or should gt a spot in the rotation, but he has given them something in these last couple games. If nothing else a team might have seen him being able to at least do his Bazz thing and take a flyer on bringing him on their squad. I'm not getting my hopes up or anything, but other than hitting some 3's its probably gone about as well as you can hope from him in these limited minutes.
MGH had sort of an unlucky night when it came to fouls. There was that glancing blow charge, he gave a foul to give earlier in the game and that last foul I couldn't figure out what happened there. I thought he did a pretty decent job on Lou and that's a pretty tough cover right now.

Muhammad is a very bad NBA basketball player.
I would be willing to bet many American dollars that he does not get another NBA contract in the states, or in Canada. Period.
Have fun in China!

He would VERY likely make more money in China it's certainly not a bad gig.

Finally caught this one....
- Wiggins was terrific. We got the aggressive version again...and he was making some big shots. Tantalizing stuff for sure. It will be interesting to see if Butler defers to him like he did early in the season just to try and see if he stays hot.
- God, it's hard for me to really like Teague's game, but dribblin' Jeff came through big in this one drawing a ton of fouls and getting to the line. It's just not pretty to watch. But both he and Wig came up really big offensively with Butler out and KAT not doing his usual damage.
- Ugh, the defense. So many interior baskets allowed. We need better perimeter containment and then better decision making by the bigs on how hard to commit.
- I thought Bjelly did a nice job filling in at SF. It might be the first time I have ever seen one of those 50/50 block/charge calls go his way. He almost NEVER is on the winning side of those calls.
If the Clippers were 100% healthy, they would be a really good team! Beverley, Gallo, Jordan, Griffin, Louis Williams....That group has a ton of firepower along with a great defensive tip of the sphere and anchor.

"If the Clippers were 100% healthy" Yeah well the chances of that happening when the season started weren't good and it's been even worse than expected and We knew all those guys that have been hurt every year were gonna miss time. It is a bit of a shame though but the Clipper have stayed afloat partly because of the brilliance of Lou Williams and partly because some of those young guys they have thrown out there have been good enough to help them. Brice Johnson must be pretty bad to not get basically ever play (38 mins total) even if the Clippers also have more depth when it comes to bigs. Harrell calculated per 36 would average over 20-9.

This.
He's a terrible basketball player in part because he's a very predictable one-trick pony. He got two of those hoops filling on fast breaks. Don't know about the other one... I assume on a putback or something.
[Note: Oh, and he's entirely selfish on the basketball court to an alarming degree.]

Bazz scored 6 points in limited minute but was a team worse -8. That was not an anomaly.
I agree that he will have trouble finding another gig in the NBA, however he has a player option next year and would be a fool to decline it. The emergence of MGH hasn't helped him either nor has Thibs brand of basketball.
Don't worry guys, if he ends up playing downunder in the NBL I'll keep you all posted (although i dont know how well he'd fit with the 'team first' style of play they incorporate here).

Man if Wiggy can keep being good Wiggy, and we can stay healthy we got a good shot at a home series.
(Still don't like thibs minutes distribution but our bench is slowly getting better)
