They don't play a real pretty brand of offense. I think out of necessity Ryan has had to carry over the Thibs playbook.

Yes, there is only so much you can do with the limited practice time they get during the season. He would need a training camp to make fundamental changes.

Its going to take time to change the offense, unless saunders sees the game like thibs does.

I don't think anyone knows how saunders wants to run the offense.
