Great win thanks for the game reports.

On Wiggins I honestly think there were a few times he absolutely was gonna put up a long 2 and then remembered he wasn't supposed to and did something else. I thought Saunders or the team didn't put him in a good spot later in the game it was more get the ball and do something. Also Jrue Halliday was a beast. It felt like he was going for 40 or something and he only had 22 at the time. Happy for that guy he has been able to stay healthy. Anyway back to Wiggins if he attacks we are gonna he in good shape even if he gets stripped sometimes. Dude was all I've the place sometimes keeping some rebounds alive etc. he didn't shoot the ball well had turnovers but I'll take this version of Wiggins and I think a lot of fans will too. A lot of people would give him the benefit of the doubt if he would have been playing harder instead of legitimately having questions about that.

Towns was a monster. AD is weird sometimes he just looks like he doesn't give a shit about being out there. Maybeits just wolves games or he is hurt or something but it's weird. Both guys played well but yes Towns was better.

Tyus what a game. Honestly Teague played pretty well for the most part also. I think Tyus should get more minutes but I think Ryan can get more outof Teague that helps the team play better and play more winning basketball.

I thought Ryan did a nice job. I liked some plays run where Okogie had a chance to get some momentum going to the basket. Same for Wiggins earlier in the game too. It felt like those didn't happen enough under Thibs.

Super happy for Deng what a nice little stint for him. He can play.

Tolliver can make contested 3's. He can keep shooting.

Dieng is weird. You would think he would get demolished by a guy like AD and yet Dieng seemingly every game gets a steal on him and does alright for a few possessions. Im not suggesting he is good against AD but he is a mixed bag. I'll take it

Saric came to the party in the 2nd half.

Anywho good win with Dallas losing JJ getting a win against the Pels whonare going on a tough stretch and got all their players back at this point could be a bigger win if you had to choose between them. Hopefully we can get on a little roll here.

I don't think AD is really strong and physical, so Dieng tends to do a little better on those types of players. Other guys sort of bump him off his spot a lot easier and get space for themselves for a good look.

The thing to remember about Tyus is that Ryan has probably known him and had some sort of relationship with him since he was in high school, so it's not surprising that he probably has more of a natural affinity to him than Thibs (not that Thibs didn't like Tyus, but it seems like Ryan REALLY likes Tyus).

The Dallas loss was simply losing a coin flip IMO. It took multiple mental errors AND Doncic heroics for Dallas to win that game. We could have just as easily pulled that one out.

Looking at Deng now, it's almost hard to believe he played SF in his early career. Due to his natural length and the weight he's put on over the years, he looks like a modern day PF/C almost.

Good points on Dieng and AD matchup. I also thing in addition to what you said I think AD can be kinda passive in not really attacking (instead uses his jumpshot) which is kinda weird because you would think he absolutely has the skills to do it.

I also think if Teague says to his coach "play Tyus I'm willing to sit" Ryan is gonna actually listen to him. I think Teague convinced Thins a couple times the last year and a half but yeah. I also think of Tyus had looked gassed I'm guessing Teague would have made an appearance for a few minutes at least. That timeout bonanza probably helped. Lol

Years ago the SF position was kinda different. Now I disagree with you saying Deng looks "almost" like a modern day PF/C...he absolutely does. He is likely longer than draymond green. He isn't much different in saint than Saric. The league is different and quite frankly Deng is likely a nice guy to have around. Tolliver is doing his best playing on the wing (helps a lot of bench wings aren't that good) so Deng is a nice option to have around. Idk how many vets the Wolves can have going into next year but Deng is likely going to be fairly cheap. He might be a solid vet to keep around that you can play minutes assuming we lose at least one of Tolliver and Taj.
