The only chance of fixing our problems is Taylor selling, and even if that happens it likely means the team is Seattle bound.

Yeah, I'm not happy we lost. But it was way better than the beating we got in Philly!

A win tonight would have been sweet. But the Wolves have a chance to go on a nice run the next few games -- let's see if they can take care of business against some weaker teams before writing them off. I am willing to be patient as the Wolves work their way through the transition playing under Ryan, and also wait for the return of RoCo and Tyus.

I guess I'm a fool. I've been watching basketball for a long time, and was under the impression that we were there to watch the players. Turns out we're there to watch the referees blow their whistles...53 fricken times.

So yeah the refereeing was awful, but that wasn't the story last night. Last night we learned that when you have two relatively even teams, the one only missing it's best offensive player (DeRozen) beats the one missing its best defensive player (RoCo), a reliable PG who keeps Bayless out of the game (Jones) and 15 minutes of its cornerstone player (KAT) because of some ticky tack fouls. That's all you need to know about last night.

This team needs to get healthy, and KAT needs to learn to stay on the court, because most teams in the NBA aren't good enough to win missing 2 1/2 key players.

W-T-F maybe the Wolves didn't deserve to win this game but that out of boards call was fucking terrible. Seriously what were they looking at to reverse that call?!? Horrendous.

I happened right in front of me, but I honestly couldn't tell what the right call...in a horribly reffed game, I thought it was the right move to go the TVs to figure it out. Was it really so clear that they made the wrong call on this one? If so, that's a travesty. I'm reasonable confident Ryan cou;d have designed a play to either get a basket from Rose or get him to the line for the win.

I agree LST they absolutely should have gone to the monitor it was a bunch of bouncing around who knew who touch it last was out of bounds etc. It seemed pretty clear that it hit Gay's hand while he was out of bounds and before Saric was out of bounds. It was certainly close enough overturning the call was absolute BS. I'm still pissed. I can live with an official making a mistake in the moment at their angle/persective but to miss a call where you have all the angles and plenty of time to review itand get it wrong...just ridiculous.

As for the final play Rose had Bertrans on him and would have had an open look at 3 but he looked like he was like Okogie and tried to draw a foul and get the 4 point play or something. Another classic wolves loss where we don't just jack up a 3.

As for Ryan Saunders...if you hated how Thibs coached this team expecting Ryan to suddenly get this team to play a different way a few games into being a rookie head coach...while having his best player foul out of an important home game...the expectations may need to be dialed back a little.

Also Dieng was so good and so bad in...(checks box score) 10 mins?!? Man I thought he played longer than that. Lol Complaining about a call that led to Dante getting that rebound putback was terrible.

Thx Monster...now I'm more pissed too. Of course we don't know that the Wolves would have gotten two points out of that timeout with 5 seconds left, but I had the binoculars on Ryan and the offense during the timeout, and it was a focused, confident looking group. I think that call cost us the game.

Tough to say who the ball went off of. However, the refs called it minny ball on the floor. And at that point, I don't think it was conclusive enough to overturn the call.

Hmm.. I thought it was pretty obvious Rudy didn't touch the ball after his hand started sliding out of bounds.

But that doesn't mean this officiating crew was good. That was one of the worst officiated games I have seen in quite some time. There were lots of bad calls both ways, but the Wolves absolutely got the short end of the stick. And it was an ESPN game? What was the NBA thinking?!?
