Had to miss this one but looking forward to the replay. Helluva strong win even tho the Grizz sat some guys. Dunn's stat line looks great! Zach 31 nice! Man we should be 3-0...
So all that talk about Whether Tyus or Lucas wa stage backup PG. Well tonight the answer seemed pretty clear. Also the Chris Wright and the team gave members of the armed services they were honoring Tyus Jones Jerseys. It seems you would try and avoid giving people Jerseys of a guy you were looking to move. Of course maybe they are just trying to get rid of those anyway they can before moving them. Lol
I thought Tyus played well overall but his defense could have been better. He made some plays on that end though at least.
What a joke of a game - the Grizzlies mailed it in from the get go, as they are in the middle of a 4 games in 5 nights stretch. I guess Fiz is playing the long game here.
- Dunn's defense and knack for the passing lanes is pretty damn impressive. We'll see how much the refs let him do when he's playing a vet PG like Conley instead of a fellow rookie. I have a feeling he'll get a lot more touch fouls called on him, but clearly the guy can defend and will only get better.
- KAT still seemed a little out of control and undisciplined at times. He's got to settle the hell down.
- Wiggins actually looks skinnier to me. Or may be it's just that every other wing he plays against is thick as hell. I don't know, but the more I watch him, the more I question whether SF is really the best position for him.
- Good to see LaVine stroking it so well. We desperately need his outside shooting in that starting unit.
- If the season ended today, Gorgui would be our MVP.

Q As much as I have liked Wiggins over time as have wondered about him being able to be a full time SF. Some of those guys are just monsters. Back in the day SFs a lot of the time were athletic PFs like James Worthy. It's swinging back around to more of that with those guys playing small ball as well. Wiggins has some of the offensive game to play big but yeah it's gonna be tough for him to guard those PF types that also happen to be skilled too. That's why having a combo forward even if he can't shoot would be good to add to this team.
I will say that Wiggins 3 point shot looks more refined especially his base. I know he was shooting 50% coming into the game so that went up. It's only 3 games but I'll take it.
