Jarren Jackson Jr is the guy that would fit most with towns. Above average defender and shot blockler with great length and good mobility. Shooting 3's at 40% mark on high volume despite an ugly form. That makes him a good fit for the system were running.
Only chance to get him is if we won the lottery and Memphis likes wiseman more. Otherwise there aint a lot of guys that can be had that would fit with towns and the system were implementing at the same time.
I like Gordon but 1st I don't know how we can get him. Also do we really want to add another terrible shooter. I mean the dude is shooting 28% from 3.
Look at the rotation we would have
Napier shoots 30% from 3 (Won't be apart of the future plans I understand)
Okogie shoots 25% from 3
Culver shoots 27% from 3
Wiggins shoots 33% from 3
Gordon shoots 28% from 3.
For a team that wants to shoot a lot of 3s wolves would have 5 guys in their top 9 this year who are pathetic at shooting 3. And 4 I would say key pieces going forward who are not good at shooting 3s.

Yes. It shouldn't be hard to pair someone with KAT. In fact, it should be easy because KAT does so many different things from different spots on the court offensively. It's just a simple matter of moving him to the 4 and getting a defensive big to play the 5. Finding the right fit isn't the problem. The problem is that apparently Rosas and Ryan are stubbornly refusing to acknowledge the need to do it.
I'm thinking its more Rosas as he seems hellbent on creating the Houston style system here. But I think we need to factor our personnel and I agree Towns should be viewed as a 4 in the same way AD is slotted as the 4 and plays with rim protectors McGee and Dwight Howard manning the 5.
I was hoping we'd at least see some experimentation with KAT and Dieng, but no dice.

Difference is that AD can play the 5 on both sides of the ball, but doesnt want to.
