He had flashes last year and looks good for Atlanta now, but at some point John Collins is going to come back and put Parker in a reserve role. He has a player option for next year. Could definitely be a value guy next summer if he opted out. He'd still just be 25-years old come free agency and the talent there is very real.
The other day I had to look him up because I couldn't remember where he landed. I keep some tabs on him because I think he does have talent. He has a player option for 6.5 million next year. What kind of money are you thinking at this point Cam?
Parker's a full MLE player this summer if he continues to play like he has to start the season.
I see a potential value deal there as he could easily be worth more than that on talent alone.

I'm excited to watch Bogdan Bogdanovic tonight on NBA TV. He's been shooting the ball very well lately after a slow start to the year and is one of my prime candidates for Gersson Rosas to focus on acquiring this year. I think he's 100-percent leaving Sacramento in search of an increased role and a fair payday -- neither of which the Kings can realistically offer him with their current setup. If Andrew Wiggins' improved play is legitimate, it's even more important to add lethal shooters around him and Karl-Anthony Towns.
Kings: PG Jeff Teague, SG Treveon Graham, 2020 2nd-round pick
Trade can't be made until December 15th and would require re-signing Bogdan Bogdanovic after the season as a restricted free agent. I would put an offer sheet of four-years, $60M in front of him. Wolves could even get cute and put $1M annual incentives in his deal if he eclipses 200 three-pointers made.
To replace Graham's small ball presence in the rotation, I'd offer Jabari Parker a three-year, $27M deal. He's been great early for the Hawks and I think there's high-upside talent that can be unlocked with even more opportunity. The further he gets from his injury-riddled past, the better and better he's been. If Wolves management wants to continue this high-pace oriented attack, having a forward that can grab a rebound and start the fastbreak on his own should be a priority. Parker excels in uptempo environments.
