Thank god, that's all I care about at this point. The rest of the trash player/coach/front office should and will be flushed out but he's the cornerstone. I'm looking forward to a coach actually using him correctly in the future!

I mean we all knew this was gonna happen but...it's been so crazy the past few hours it's certainly great to have Towns Locked in.

And all it took was for jimmy to demand a trade and his refusal to step foot in minnesota.

This is officially Towns team as it should be. Its time for big KAT to step up and be THE MAN. Thibs is a lame duck coach now and Its a matter of time before he is unemployed.

I want to be there the night Butler returns to play us. Of course the pussy will probably be hurt and miss the game.

That might be the preferred point of view on this board, but I wouldn't bet on it. This could all be on Butler not wanting to play second fiddle. Which forces everyone else to pick up the pieces. I suppose we could see Thibs go, but I don't believe any of us REALLY know how the relationship between Thibs, Layden and Taylor has played out this offseason.

Time will tell.
