I think the key is to score more points than your opponent.
Seriously Bloop - Here is what I believe needs to happen:
1) Discover an identity and embrace it. The identity of this team should be an offensive juggernaut. We are that good offensively.
2) Improve team defense. If you embrace the identity mentioned above, I don't think we need to become Thibs' Bulls teams in terms of defense. We just need to be adequate defensively with the ability to tighten things up when necessary. Play in a team concept and minimize mistakes on the defensive end.
3) Sort out the PG situation. We just aren't getting enough out of our 2 headed PG in Rubio / Dunn. This is more easily said than Dunn (catch that). The hope is that Dunn can come along and be an upgrade over Ricky, but today that is not the case. Perhaps our PG of the future isn't even on the roster yet. But in the meantime, I would get Tyus involved in the mix.
4) Wait for the element of time to catch up with us. You can't hurry maturity as there are no shortcuts. Just have to keep playing these young guys until they improve. Might be painful at times, but I'm not sure what else you can do.

Just win baby. I'm going again tonight. Time to stay positive. New coach, young players, it may take time. But with Thanksgiving approaching I'm going to take this moment to be thankful for the talent we have.

I think just executing Thibs game plan. Shoring up the defensive lapses mainly. This team gets complacent with the big leads, but it is a testament to execution that they are having the big runs.
