They need to get Dunn to the D-league asap. They have to be able to find a team that will give him minutes.

Towns needs to step up his d and not try to play like a guard on offense.
Wiggins needs to learn to rebound the basketball.
Lavine needs more consistency and better defense
Rubio is into his 6th straight losing season.
Dunn looks like a bust.
The bench is weak

Not sure what the answer is. The guys we are trying to build around and attracted Thibs to the job in the first place are pretty much the guys letting us down right now. The bench is not great, but it's our starters that repeatedly get rolled over and clinically dissected by opposing teams.

Wait, I thought you said he was supposed to be our starting PG by now!

It's pretty rare to send guys drafted as high as Dunn to the D-League, especially ones that are supposedly as polished as he is (which he clearly isn't on offense).

I wouldn't rule it out, but my guess is they do it later in the year if it happens.

Just because I am crappy. The guy I wanted in Murray has been averaging 12 pts per game and shooting 41% from deep for the month of November

Thibs very upset. Says things have to change

It seems Thibs keeps saying he is upset. But nothing ever changes.

Do you think he means it?!?

Well, I wanted Dunn, so I'm stuck with the guy I wanted. That being said, he is a gritty defender that fights over screens, rebounds, and gets a ton of deflections. We need to keep sticking with him. I actually think sending him to the D-League is a good idea, but they need to find a situation where he can quarterback a team.

Agree about ths starters. And here is what I observed about them

KAT- He decides to play small like a guard this season. Last year, he was a 7ft guy who was an efficient inside scorer who has guard skills. This year, he plays like a guard all the time. Trying to be kobe or tmac like. His rebounding and especially his defense have drop off significantly. He has a ling way to go to challenge davis as the best bug man in the league.

Wiggins - I have always been one of wiggins biggest supporter here but his rebounding has always bug the hell out of me. He flat out suck at rebounding the basketball! No more excuse of it being about effort, hands, strength or experience. He sucks at rebounding.

Rubio- 6th straight losing season as the primary point guard. I never doubted his competitiveness and ability to run an offense. But lets call it what it is, his shortcomings and non improvement in those areas have limit his ability to be more of a positive for his team. The intangibles, smarts and effort are never going to be questioned by me, but his weakness will always be a liability to the team.

Lavine and dieng- these two have actually settle nicely into their roles. Lavine as the 3rd option and our volume 3pt shooter. Dieng as the glue guy of the starters. But their defense needs improvement. I like dieng but we need an upgrade at his spot. He is a borderline nba starter but not a legit nba starter.

Together, i think these 5 are at best a .500 unit. We need upgrades of dieng and rubio to be a playofff team.

The only difference between Dunn and Jonny Flynn right now is that if nothing else, Flynn could blame the triangle. Dunn has nothing to fall back on.

Yes. I think he'd trade anybody on the team. He is not sentimental. Question is, will he turn that cold analytic eye to the job the coaching staff has done?

How many more pressers does he express disgust with team before he loses it? Has he already?
