Shooting 31.5% from 3P range on the year.

64.4% from the FT line.

Is their a SG/SF STARTER in the league who is lower in both of these this season?

Wes Johnson is 31.9% and 72%.

Find someone???

His combo of FT% and 3P% (added together) is the worst in the league amongst starters (SG/SF)

And this dude was able to score over 23ppg last year and he can't shoot. Amazing. In all seriousness it's a fair point you are making questioning his shooting ability. On the other hand Wiggins is exponentially more worrisome for teams to defend than some of the other guys mentioned here who basically teams can guard with anyone. Wiggins is also shooting 75% at the rim which is Deandre Jordon type in that area. You know who had shooting percentages that aren't that far off from the ones you stated in their 4th year? LeBron. What do I win? :)

It's unfortunate he settles so much with the pull up long 2's. He's more Rudy Gay/Jeff Green right now than LeBron, that's for sure!

It's fun to look at when Lebron's FG% had a significant uptick north of 50% in FG percentage and guess what...that's when he cut back quite a bit on those long 2's. It's clear where we are going here right? :)

Maybe the added weight is having an influence on his shooting mechanics?

He may not be the best shooter, but his numbers (especially ft%) have generally been consistent during his first 3 years.

I think the criticism is fair to be honest. His numbers have gotten worse.

The question is, can he get better or not?
