The game certainly wasn't lost by Wiggins, but he didn't do much to win it either. There's an argument that you'd want more from your big three in the fourth quarter... where he disappeared.
Again, the blame doesn't fall directly on him, but he's capable of a lot more. So is Towns as he wasn't exactly an All-Star in this one either.
Towns was complete horseshit on both ends. Jimmy was a ball hog in the 4th and not that great on D. No one was getting the ball. Selfish play has been a real problem on the road. I think we're 1-10 on the road in our last stretch of games now. It's a problem.

I'm not gonna say you're wrong... I'm not sure I heard Andrew's name in the fourth quarter except for a turnover.
I am not saying you are wrong but when you run everything through Butler it is hard to get Wiggins going in the 4th. Like who knows what Lavine would be if he was just asked to stand in a corner.
Lavine to aggressive to not get his during the course of the game. I think we miss his willingness to take and make threes.
Exactly, Wiggins is to fucking passive. If he had some fire Thibs would use him more like he does Butler, but instead he just takes it. In a couple years we'll still be talking about Wiggins potential like we did with Rubio, and like Rubio it'll never be realized.

The funny thing is that even by just standing in the corner, the defense has to play LaVine tight. He's still a massive threat because of his perimeter jumper. That is not the case with Wiggins so when he does fall asleep in the corner, he's completely useless. And can we stop acting like the only way to make an impact is on the ball?
Again, not totally his fault tonight, but he will always leave you wanting more.

Andrew statistically has been the wolves best clutch player every year he has been in the NBA. That statement is just not true. Like I like Zach as much as the next guy but that statement is not true.

That's nonsense. Wig cares as much as anyone on the court.

What is Wiggins supposed to do? Wave off the coach and go grab the ball from Jimmy? Wig had NOTHING to do with this loss, save for his turnovers that happened long before crunch time.
Early in the season Butler was taking a backseat to Wiggins and KAT and neither took the bull by the horns so Butler now has. If Wiggins wants to impact the game it's going to be up to him to do so, he had his chance and slept through it.
If the logic of just being "aggressive" on the road is what should get us wins, then we wouldn't be 1-10 in our last 11 road games. Share the ball, play some of the sets that got you there.

Why are you talking about Wiggins tonight? Seriously, he was 9-14 and they ran nothing for him in the 4th quarter. It's really shallow to invoke Wiggins tonight. And transparent.

I love Butler. He's my favorite player, but his hero ball has indeed run its course. It worked at the start of the season but no more. However, if youre Butler and you pass the ball off to a wide open Wiggins and Kat and they both clank threes..it probably doesnt encourage you to pass it in the future....
Thibs is borderlining kurt rambis with his offensive strategy

You must know him personally because nobody would ever believe that just by watching him play. If he's so competitive he'd be clearly pissed off by his role, but he takes it.
