Until we start playing like a team this is what we will get. I was listening to a Bill Simmons podcast and he said we are like a baseball team where we have 3 guys hitting over 300 (our big 3) but we have the team sucks. We have a bunch of great individual pieces but until they learn to play together as a unit both offensively and defensively this is what we will get
