It should be a fun and up and down season, watching the West teams beating up on each other. Can you image what the West vs. East stat is going to be?
Awesome, thanks for joining the fray Logo.
I'm actually mildly surprised at the realism I'm seeing here. I'm used to shaking my head at the unbridled optimism, but I suppose folks have been burned enough to finally temper expectations, despite adding a top 15 player to the team.

Last year was a huge disappointment. That said, I don't get how people could predict about the same amount of wins this year as last year given the additions we made to the roster. We definitely underperformed last year, but we've got to be measurably better this year than most of us thought we would be last year, right?

1. Our predictions were wrong last year. If I predict it will be sunny tomorrow and then it rains, then that is the reality; it really did rain! We won 31 games last year. Every prediction so far has been markedly higher than 31 wins, thus everyone so far agrees we will be a better team.
2. The West only got better. We can't look at our year-over-year roster improvements in a vacuum.
The 3 of the top 4 seeds of the west and Denver got better. But they were already the top 4. The 5 seed is there for the taking and if we can overachieve maybe even better.
