Someone please remind me why we were ever excited about Wiggins.

Ugh, made a nice Euro-step move then proceeded to brick it. At least the jump shot he bricked was a 3 instead of a long 2 just inside the arc. Progress?

Firings missiles at the rim from 3 is better then 2.

He wasn't this crappy as a 19 year old?

He had a nearly ideal wing physical profile that suggested the sky was the limit. Anyone that watched him carefully at Kansas saw some of the concerns though.

I think the most damning stat against Wiggins, even more than his low rebounding and assists production, is the complete regression of his free throw shooting. It's an absolute joke. Not to mention the reduction in attempts per game...

I just want Wiggins to quit being terrible.

He had a ridiculously high ceiling. His floor is apparently well below expectations too. Yay.

I can see it dropping some with Butler coming in (LaVine was hurt second half last year too). But of course, he's shooting the lowest from FT and 3P then any other year. He seems to be thinking too much.

He has been streaky from 3P in the past, last year he started hot and finished not so good. Now his off games are a trend. Another 0-7 start.
