He is a very good player. Underrated defensively and he plays a little bigger than he gets credit for. He is a fun player to watch.

Agreed. He also flops around a lot and officials don't want to reward that, so sometimes they may not be sure if he was really hacked and decide not to give him the benefit of the doubt.

I consider us underdogs in this game, so not too unhappy about only being down by 3. But Thibs will likely go to an isolation based 2nd half offense and I suspect we won't have enough in the tank to finish. Portland has been playing really well on the road lately and Target Center for most teams is like target practice. Sigh.

Napier is playing like the best reasonable scenario of what I thought Trey Burke COULD turn into when I said this offseason someone maybe should give him a look. There is no way Napier will keep shooting the way he is but every time I have seen him play this year he has looked pretty legit as a rotation player.
