Lonzo Ball
Lonzo Ball
As anyone had a chance to watch him? They played today, I didn't see the game, however I was able to watch last weekend verse Kentucky. This dude is special, it's hard to explain. Can do everything, he has a feel for the game well beyond his years, it's easy to see after just watching him on the court for a short time. His form on his jumper is reminiscent of Kmart which is a little annoying but for those who like college basketball watch him, and UCLA for that matter. Very fun team.

Saw him last night for the first time against Michigan. I have to watch him more, but I had mixed emotions. Tremendous college player for sure, but wondering how much of his game will translate. He's slight of build and has the bad release on his shot, but he thinks the game terrifically. Not sure how athletic he is yet.
Re: Lonzo Ball
He's thin but 6.6, his listed height anyway.

Ball's good, but he's no Markelle Fultz. In fairness to him, though, it's unlikely anybody's on Fultz's level in this class. Complete package.

Isn't he the first among 2 or 3 in a crazy basketball family?
I think SI or ESPN or somebody had an article about them about a year ago.

Fultz is everyone's #1 pick, everyone meaning the prognosticators. Has been for awhile. I haven't seen him. I'll just say enjoyed watching Ball play a lot!
Re: Lonzo Ball
The top end is loaded with pg talent, and they all look very good. Ball, Fultz, Dennis Smith JR, De'andre fox.
Jonathan Isaac and Marques Bolden are who I'm most intrigued by.

Yeah, all 3 committed to UCLA which fueled talks that he won't be a one and done. We will see if that changes when millions are staring him in the face.

I'd argue that Dennis Smith is right there in talent level. The game looks to come extremely easy to him and he is just over a year removed from a torn acl. I'm sure they will be fighting for that top pg spot all season.

I have a problem with his efficiency, or rather his inefficiency. I have Fultz, Ball and Monk in a tier above him right now.
