I won't disagree with that take to some extent really. I think where so give the bench credit is that a decent chunk of this year it seems they keep the team in games. The problem is how many times has a bench player really stepped up and helped the team win a game? What bench player would you really plug in for 5 games as a starter and feel pretty good about it?
Like I said in an earlier post the good teams have a player or 2 that can put up some legit points to help you win some games here and there. They also have players that do other stuff.
Again the most experienced bench player in the rotation is 288 games by Aldrich and a chunk of those games were early in his career when...um he was probably playing in gargage time. It seems like Thibs has gone with young players in the rotation. The Wolves either need to develop better players from within or sign some guys to be better. Ok obviously both makes the most sense. Guys like Bazz and Belly are getting opportunities this year. Who knows what role they will have next season but they are getting legit looks from Thibs.
