It's really odd we're having this conversation tonight. Maybe they would be happy playing without him and losing by 30. I'm just confused to be honest.
We're so tortured we don't even like a good thing when we have it in front of us. They'll love him in Toronto though.
Why aren't we talking about Towns who was a hot mess on both ends of the court? Or Zach, who if it wasn't for the box score you wouldn't know he played?
Wiggins was excellent tonight. Here is the decisive stretch:
2:49 Andrew Wiggins makes 19-foot two point shot 101 - 99
2:31 Otto Porter Jr. makes 19-foot two point shot 101 - 101
2:15 Andrew Wiggins misses 18-foot jumper 101 - 101
2:14 Otto Porter Jr. defensive rebound 101 - 101
2:09 John Wall makes two point shot 101 - 103
1:47 Andrew Wiggins misses layup 101 - 103
1:44 Gorgui Dieng offensive rebound 101 - 103
1:42 Gorgui Dieng misses layup 101 - 103
1:40 Otto Porter Jr. defensive rebound 101 - 103
1:39 John Wall makes driving layup 101 - 105
1:39 Timberwolves 20 Sec. timeout 101 - 105
1:39 Official timeout 101 - 105
1:34 Andrew Wiggins makes driving dunk 103 - 105
1:20 Zach LaVine personal foul (Bradley Beal draws the foul) 103 - 105
1:08 Bradley Beal makes 29-foot step back jumpshot (John Wall assists) 103 - 108
1:02 Andrew Wiggins makes 17-foot jumper (Ricky Rubio assists) 105 - 108
0:48 Marcin Gortat makes two point shot (John Wall assists) 105 - 110
Wiggins went 3-5 for 6 points and Gorgui missed a shot, so 3-6 for 6 points. The Wizards went 5-5 for 11 points. Game over.

What????????? Is this conversation even real tonight?
I had choppy internet tonight, so only saw glimpses of the game. I dislike how Wiggins plays the game. He contributes nothing except scoring. And his tunnel vision has to be a real drag on everyone else. I look forward to the time we get something good for him...

Wiggins is last on my list to blame tonight. But as Thibs just said, he needs to do a lot better defensively. Of course that same criticism applies to everyone else on this team. Thibs referred to players jogging back and not staying close to players they were guarding. I saw one or the other from everyone tonight.
