No, he does need to get in front of Covington there. It just seemed like Wiggins was behind by a lot when all Embiid did was rub him off a little bit. Complete breakdown from everyone.

Maybe that clutch 3 made the Sixers want to trade for Rubio.

I can see we trade Rubio to the Spurs for nothing and they fix his shot.

I was thinking that would be a good place for him.

The Thibs detractors are going to have a field day with this latest loss, completely ignoring the fact that we won the second half over a team just a game behind us in the standings on their court. Thibs made the adjustments he needed to make at halftime to allow us to almost beat an always tough Philadelphia 76ers team. Anyone that can't see the moral victoryness of this game doesn't understand basketball.

Psst... That Zach LaVine guy is pretty good.

Yet another example where the KAT/Wiggins combo got burned defensively. We saw this against Houston too on Ryan Anderson and then Ariza's 3-balls.

These guys can really shine when guarding one on one in space. But get them involved in screens and off ball player movement and they easily get flummoxed. I don't know if it's a lack of communication, awareness, or what, but it's a problem that keeps coming up and it's one of the reasons we lose close games.

Watch that last play, wiggins made no effort on that play whatsoever. He literally walked his ass around embiid and literally didnt even attempt to jump for the game winning layup. Theres no excuse for that effort. Our team lacks awareness. Maybe thibs strategy here is to let these guys embarrass themselves first so he can drive his message home or maybe he has his eye on someone in the lottery. I couldnt believe this was actually a professional nba game. I see better action at the local ymca.

One of the few bright spots this season.

(would still like to see him defend better, but beggars can't be choosers....we are a long ways from the days of him awkwardly running the point for us; now he is on his way to being one of the league's premier shooters. That's huge).
