Great win tonight. It was vs an undermanned mavs team at home but still a very good effort from the whole team.
Rubio was fun tonight. The passes he made, only he could have made them.
Wiggins continue to play great. 27pts but it was nice to see his 7reb,3assist,1stl and 1 blk line. Made two good passes late in the game.
Towns dominated the boards. Was a turnover machine but was all effort and a nice 2nd half.
Tyus continue to be a positive on the court.

If we want a shot at the playoffs, we need to go 2-1 in the next 3 games. We need to beat the kings and win 1 vs either houston or utah on the road. Tough to do but we need that for a serious playoff push.

Yeah, Wiggins made a couple of passes to KAT I almost never see him make: The quick pass on the slip screen and the feed to him on the roll. I still thought there were a couple of other times he put his head down and could have made a play for someone, but those two passes to KAT were encouraging.

Bjelly with the usual cavalcade of little mishaps, including two plays where he secured the ball, only to have one foot out of bounds. Classic Bjelly.

He played well enough tonight though. Like Brit said in a podcast a few weeks ago one big difference is when he fouls it's because he intends to or knows he needs to because he is beat.

That 1st quarter+ was the best Allan round I have seen from Wiggins ever. Towns struggled in the first half (some of those passes for TOS were good reads by Dallas and Wiggins kinda struggled in the 2nd at times. They did what the best players are supposed to do though come through for their team. I thought Towns defense on Barnes especially the first 3 quarters was pretty good.

Rubio was fantastic. Tyus was pretty good. Dieng did his job. Dunn played fine. Overall it was a good win the Wolves played pretty good defense causeinfnrhe Mavs to turn it over and score less than 90 points. It was good to see when they got tested that they were able to pull away. Also let's not trade Rubio. Just add more to the team next summer.

Man I remember wanting to sign Curry last summer. He looks like another guy the Kings let get away. I thought their owner liked shooters? Oops. Lol

For the first time I can remember, Tyus received some minutes at the expense of Dunn last night. Of course it's long overdue, but do you guys read anything into it? Do you think it's a sign of things to come for the rotation?

Well I think Tyus got minutes over Rush and Bazz probably moreso than Dunn but we will see if he keeps getting those minutes at times. This game was a great matchup for Tyus but watching him play you have to wonder why you can't play him more as sort of a SG with the other PGs because so many other teams play combo guards that aren't that big. I still wonder if part of why he doesn't play is Thibs already knows he can play and wants Dunn to get the opportunities. Tyus leads the Wolves in 3 point percentage right now so they may try and get him on the floor more like you said at times over Dunn.

I agree with Monster, I didn't feel his minutes came as much at Dunn's expense as the others who've failed to fill Lavine's offensive shoes.
