For the record....it would take me 1 second to do this deal.

I don't do it. Westbrook is a great player who is done the second his athleticism dips a bit and he's almost 28. That gives us what? 4 great/good years and then done? I'm not trying to create a 4 year window to win right now with Towns and Lavine at only 20 and 21 years of age still developing their games. Plus I still think Wiggins is going to be an all-star on both ends of the court so I'm not looking to trade him unless I get back someone younger and better setup to age well than Westbrook. Westbrook is a heck of a player, but KD leaving OKC after such a close loss should speak volumes of what it's like playing with Westbrook and I'm not a fan of messing with the chemistry of this young team when I think Wiggins will still end up as a top 10 player.

To be fair, that's one of many possible narratives. Durant has taken a bit of a hit for his indecision... ability to be swayed by others... and general fakeness during the past few months.
While playing a very unique ball-dominating style on the court... Westbrook has come out looking a bit better after all this off the court. And the best part is that there isn't anybody I've heard/read that would suggest that he gives a fuck either way.
I kinda dig that in an age where these guys are so calculating in almost everything they say and do.

I'd do Rubio Lavine in a heartbeat. Wiggins gives me more pause.

It depends on two things for me:
1) How ready do I think Karl Towns is NOW.
2) What can I get if I trade Dunn.
It's not often you can get one of the league's top 5 - 7 players... especially when it's when you another top 10 player on the roster. That's what teams spend years trying to do...

Thunder wouldn't ask for Rubio in a Westbrook/Wiggins trade. It would be Dunn.
