T-Wolves made aggressive 2-year offer to free agent Pau Gasol to reunite him with coach Thibs, source said. Keep eye on Blazers & Spurs, too

Has Thibs found this forum and just stealing all of our ideas? Because he sure seems to be going after the right guys

Signing Gasol would be great. Top notch mentorship from 2 HOFers is worth at least 2 boards and a block for KAT.

Ricky, Garrison Keillor and The SP should be able to close the deal.

Mmmm, would seem odd to get Aldrich AND Gasol. But hey, we have (ahem - Glen's) money to spend! Whoohoo - let's got to Vegas while we're at it!

So I'm assuming that offer for Gasol is at least 20, likely 22?

Garrett temple was another good sf/sg option. Curious to see what the Kings gave him for 3 years.

Just saw it was 8 mil per. Good value for a guy who is very versatile.

When Cole signs, we will have the following bigs under contract: KAT, Gorgui, Cole, Belly, Payne, Pek and KG (if he opts in).

Does anyone think the aggressive push for Gasol after signing Cole sends a strong signal that KG told Thibs last week that he isn't coming back? If he said he was coming back, I'm not sure Thibs would be going after a 7th big man in Pau (assuming Pek is definitely out).

I think the writing is on the wall for Pek.
