I want some action! Even if it's for a million per.
P.s. Anyone see ex twolf Justin Hamilton got a 2 year I think 3mil per deal from the nets. I always liked him as a bench big.
Huge? They might be worse than last year.
I agree. I liked the young talent they were accruing but now they just look like a bunch of random ass players. Isn't Jeff Green just a less skilled Tobias Harris (who they gave away)? Vucevic, Ibaka, Biyambo is a nice frontline but there isn't a ton of shooting there - Ibaka wants to be a bigger part of the offense and that will require post touches. They got Fournier on a good deal. Augistin is a career backup while their starting PG Payton seems like he would be better coming off the bench. Meeks is often injured. The players on their roster that intrigues me the most, Hezonja and Gordon, are going to be stuck on the bench - unless they play Gordon at the 3 but that doesn't seem like a great plan.

Orlando have been active that's for sure but I'm not the hugest fan of what they're doing. What happens now to Aaron Gordon and Vucevic? Signing Biyombo makes no sense for them and I think they made a big mistake trading Olidipo.
I think they've short circuited their potential. They had a nice core to build with, but couldn't resist the 'win now' urge. I'm so thankful Thibs hasn't taken this route.
Players remaining that I would love to see the Wolves pursue
- Pau Gasol
- Ian Mahinmi
- Courtney Lee
- Eric Gordon (only on a 1-2 year contract)
- If the Hawks are serious about trading Milsap I want the Wolves to go all in. I would trade Dieng and Bazz and alter the protections on the pick we owe them to top 5 protected.(Of course, I would not trade KAT, Wigs, Zach, Dunn, or Ricky)

Also, why can't more players move east? Seems like all the Western conference teams keep getting better while the East stays largely the same. I guess Dwight moved east at least
...not sure...I may rather have his underachieving game in the West. But yeah, I agree, it seems like the only players going east for the most part are those already in the east.

That's a ton to give for a one year rental. I'd prefer to keep bazz and ding and their restricted fa status.
I'd be the recipient/salary dump for a team, but I'm either getting something else or at the least giving up nothing to help them sign another star.

Oladipo is going to get near max money next season. I agree I would have kept him but ibaka fits super well with vuvecic and biyombo. A lineup of Payton / Fournier / Green or Gordon / Ibaka / vucevic is a good blend of offense and defense.
I know ibaka can leave next year but they've definitely done good this offseason in my eyes.

Yeah, that would suck if he bounced in FA the next year. But I would take that gamble and see if we could make the playoffs and have him stay (similar to what Nic Batum and the Hornets did last year). Millsap is really good, his fit on this team would be fantastic, and he seems like a good team player as well
