It's unfortunate to have to put Garnett at the bottom of anything. He's only getting 15 minutes per game, but he is the starter at 4 for Minnesota and you can envision this arrangement lasting all season. He contributes nothing on offense at this point. Still, his defensive effort and leadership are there and those qualities should make an impact on his young teammates that lasts well beyond this season.

I didn't read the article, but I'm fairly certain ESPN is using raw scoring and rebounding data to come up with their rankings, rather than making an effort to really evaluate players based on how they are impacting the game. As I said before, if 2/5 of our starting lineup are really the worst in the league at their positions and our starters are outscoring the opposition so significantly, we better start reading about Ricky, KAT and Wig in the MVP discussion. All three have to be really good for the starters to be so good with two stiffs on the court!

Yeah and this gets into that fuzzy area of legit starter versus token starter. The guy that should really be evaluated against this list is Bjelica.
