You 3-0 homers are looking really good right now...TC is going to be rockin' Monday!
I guess I'm stuck firing up the GDT again, dammit.

Even Kevin Martin looking semi-competant on defense with this group. I think he's buying in because of the veterans

Towns, Towns and more Towns. I bet you can't guess who my favorite player is...

Wow, 2 road wins to start the season. Very impressive.
- Towns has vastly surpassed expectations. I can't believe how much he impacted the game on both ends of the floor. I'm rubbing my eyes in disbelief.....
- Wiggins is really having trouble making shots and this goes back to pre-season. He was fine on his catch-and-shoot 3-ball in the pre-season, but 'tweener type shots have been a nightmare. His handle is also as loose as ever. At least he's drawing fouls.....
- The team defense is so far a complete reversal from last season. Impressive. Props to Mitchell.
- Denver came out flat. Not impressed. They missed a LOT of shots.
- Rubio, as expected, came back down to earth with his shot. Regardless, we are a different team when he's on the floor.
- The LaVine at PG madness....Ugh! The offense just grinds to a halt, so all you can hope for is that guys make plays in isolation to keep the other team at bay until Rubio comes back in.

No question! After each of the first two I can't help but feel a little bad that the guy who built, and believed in this roster didn't get to watch it grow.

Great game, kept farried off the boards, made lots of free throws, Denver missed a lot of easy shots but we'll take it, 2-0 baby!

At least Lavine attacked more tonight. We get the benefit of broken plays at the very least because he creates so much movement on the d.

Defense was a lot better staggering the rotations. I don't know if I can remember the last time Minnesota won a game holding their opponent under 80.
If I didn't follow the NBA and you showed me Towns tonight, I don't think I'd be able to tell that this was only his second game besides some of his fouling, maybe. He seems to play super composed for a player his age and experience. But I'm sure that wall is coming at some point...
Also, for what we worry about with Wiggins did it comfort anyone just a little bit to see him jawing with Barton at the end there?
