Happy Belated Thanksgiving - Wolves at Kings GDT

Post by 60WinTim »

I meant to post something yesterday. I thoroughly enjoy the respect and civility that everyone maintains on this board. It has been an enjoyable part of my life for many, many years. But I also hope you all had a wonderful non-digital day yesterday spending time with family and/or friends for Thanksgiving (well, at least for those of you who celebrate the American holiday!). May your holiday season be blessed.

And back to business. Wolves on a 2-game winning streak and heading out west for a late-night winnable game. I have always said we need to enjoy the process of this team developing into a contender, whether it is this year or next. And while the road has been bumpy, it has been an enjoyable journey thus far.

Boogie likely out. Some opTIMism that Rubio and Belly will play. K-Mart returning home and looking to bust out of his slump. Wiggins establishing himself as our crunchtime go-to-guy. And Zach blossoming before our eyes.

Lets get it on!

I just wanna say I'm thankful that Momma's Thanksgiving dinner didn't kill me, it tried, but I overcame!

Anyone else loving this season so far???? Flip's vision, though unique potentially fragile, has been carried on through Sam and KG and has infected this team. They really seem to have great relationships between the vets and youth. There is some unique talent at every position. Payne is looking like an NBA player.

Go Wolves!!!!!!

Yep, I'm loving this season so far, doper. The combo of Flip's team construction plus Sam's grit has led to an outcome few of us would have predicted thus far. Possibility of getting back to .500 tonight if they can beat Sacramento.

Vegas just posted the spot...Sac-town favored by 2 1/2. Since Boogie is almost certainly out, that tells me the wise guys think Ricky is out too...I think we'd be favored if Ricky were healthy and DMC not. But we'll have to see...Rubio still listed as questionable.

No way, the Iron Horse might be out again? This is my shocked face. Belly is still questionable too? KG might play more minutes than Ricky this year.

Game time decisions for Ricky and Belly. I hope Ricky plays, because I'd love to watch a Rondo/Rubio matchup.

More good news on Pek. JZ says he has been doing some light running for several weeks, but was actually sprinting today after shoot around. Sounds like they are being really cautious, so I'm staying with my prediction of a Pek return against Denver 12/15, but they may surprise us and play him in Denver on December 11.

I would love to get a win tonight. If cousins wont play then we have a good chance especially if rubio could go. I want us to win as many games as we could. Establishing a winning culture and mentality and learning how to win games will be huge for the young core.

Im not holding my breath on Ricky playing.

Hoping Lavine has a monster game against douche rondo. Wiggy needs to respond after that off game and let's hope KAT can get back to playing the way he was the first couple of weeks.

Cousins upgraded to questionable. Decision on Rubio will come during warmups. Nema looking less likely to go --- According to Doogie.
