Good point, maybe we should have another board (RealGM?) stated as a meet up in case that happens. Not to stay, but as a starting point to finding another home!
That's probably a good plan. RealGM it is. I've never been to their forum, but I just stopped by to check it out. It seems to have that same noisy format as KFAN. Once you look past all the bells and whistles, you can see some actual comments.....
RealGM board is better than rube chat but I still wouldn't have much interest in posting there. I like the little community here I wouldn't want to get stuck over at real GM.
I looked at Enjin last night and it seems like a pretty significant site or whatever so it doesn't seem likely to go away anytime soon. I guess it's possible they do away with free stuff like this forum but I t seems like if that was the case there would be some prior notification though.
I suppose one backup plan could involve at least one member of the forum getting some sort of inter web contact info like emails from posters so in case something weird happened and this forum went poof we could start a new forum again by contacting people where to go. I don't know if that's really needed or if people have interest in that but I figured I would throw it out there maybe there is another more simple solution.
