I don't remember the exact details and don't want to go look what I posted but I'm pretty sure I predicted 20/5/2.5/1.5/0.8 with 2 40pt game and 2 winning baskets.

I remember a lot predicted that he won't average as much as he did last season because we have more options with a healthy lineup. I say the cream will rise to the top and wig won't be held down by others.

After slow start Wiggins has averaged 26.1pts with 48.0 FG% and 39.1 3P% over the last 10 games. His TS% has been 56.0%, so he has been even scoring with really good efficiency lately.

Even though it is still early but it looks like he is going to make that LeBron sized improvement between his rookie and sophmore years that I was hoping in my prediction. I would have been really happy even about George/Kobe type of improvement.

No question he's picked us up a notch and almost single-handedly won us the game in Atlanta and last night against Philly (combined with some good team defense by the rest of the squad).

My fear is that his 3-point shooting doesn't hold up and he gets beat to hell over the years like Wade has. He's absolutely got the right mind-set to attack, but boy, it would be nice if his outside shot came around.

Was thinking the same thing, he gets his points the hard way, and he's not built like LeBron to take that kind of abuse, I'm sure he'll mix it up with more 3 point attempts.

His shot doesn't have great rotation. It's not a knuckleball, but it doesn't come off his hand the way I would teach it either. To me it looks like he could benefit from better shooting instruction. I agree that his outside shot needs to come along for him to truly reach his potential.

The one thing with Wiggins is he has the length to attack like that. Wade is built well but he is really only 6'4" so he has a long way to come down to the floor after attacking no matter how you slice it. Wiggins can shoot over guys because of his length sometimes. I think his outside shot is gonna be just fine. He shot .310 last year at the age of 19 playing a ton of minutes and Wade's best season in his entire career was .317 which also happened to be the year he took the most per game. Wiggins outside shot needs improvement but i am not worried about it all that much. If he becomes a good outside shooter instead of just average-ish then yikes. I might be more concerned about how much his ball handling improves but he is doing his thing with what he has now. Some of what Wiggins does is really advanced and he has plenty to put together yet. I know he isn't putting up a volume of rebounds but his effort on the offensive glass this year seems to be higher than last year which is a good sign.
