This just seems out of character for Love.

Olynyk might have cost the Cavs a shot at a title because of a reckless play. I'd be pissed also and tell him to go shove his apology up his you know where. Ill intent or not Love still had to have surgery and is out 6 months.

Yeah, hard for me to be upset with Love on this one. He finally gets his first taste of the playoffs and gets taken out because of a loose ball chase where one guy yanks his arm and injures him. In time I'm sure Love will let it go in time, but while the playoffs are still going and Love is still watching from the bench, he has every right to still be salty.

Lord, thank you for removing this petulant child from the Wolves, and better yet, replacing him with a high-quality guy who also happens to be the ROY and a potential superstar. Good things don't happen to us Wolves fans very often, but stories like this one make me realize how lucky we were last summer, and that things might actually be turning around for us.

I thought Love would accept the apology and move on. These things happen. I wonder what his options were on the surgery. I am sure he was not going to do any harm waiting and seeing if it might improve enough to play, but can understand it might cost him some $ being a FA this summer. If the Cavs win a title without him I am sure they would be glad to workout a S&T. I could see Love to Lakers and Randle to Cavs type deal.

He had ligament damage in his shoulder. There was no option to just wait it out. That's why he had the surgery so quickly because it is a 6 month recovery. He also has a max player option so money isn't a problem. It took him out of the playoffs when the Cavs were the favorites to come out of the East. That's why he's pissed.

I think he is pissed because he has other issues. I am sure if he was still doing those knuckle push ups this wouldn't have happened.

Agree 100%. A small man refuses to accept an apology. That play was a tenth as dirty as Love trying to step on Scola, and Scola shrugged it off like it was no big deal. The guy is such a baby.

Oh man, I have never seen this play before today. There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG OR DIRTY WITH THIS PLAY. He got the chicken wing. This happens on virtually every big-man scrum under the basket on every play. What a joke. I didn't watch previously because I never like Love before, and I can't stand his childish attitude now. This is a "whatever" type play. Foul...maybe. Malicious or with intent? Absolutely ridiculous.
