"I hope I'm here forever," Wiggins told The Associated Press on Thursday after collecting his rookie of the year award. "I hope. It would be nice."
"I don't believe there's any curse or nothing like that," Wiggins said. "We just needed the right pieces. I feel like now we've got them. We've got a nice young core."

That is a bit disappointing. He didn't say he wanted to be buried in Minnesota.

At this point in his career it would be stupid to say anything else. KG didn't ask to be traded and fans hate him . Love basically demanded it and they hate him too . All Wiggens can do is live in the moment, fans will love him now for what he brings to the table and hate him later for what he didn't .

I appreciate the comment on Wiggins part. I will also be okay with him when he inevitably leaves for greener pastures. It's just sports.

The thing is.. he didn't have to say anything about it. He could even have said he looks forward to many years here, but he went for the whole enchilada in saying forever.

Whatever his motivations he is going out of his way to tell people he likes it here. I saw some rapid fire interview thing on Twitter and one question was easy or west coast and Wiggins replies "cold" damn.
