So how do you want Love to do in the playoffs?

Post by BloopOracle »

This will be the last time I am truly invested in how Love plays before next year when he is dead to me. A future star in Wiggins has that kind of effect. I am just wondering how you want him to do THIS post-season, I don't care about his future but I want to know how this board is approaching this year. Do you want him to spectacularly fail? Don't give a shit either way?

I personally want Cleveland to make it to the ECF or NBA Finals and and have a massive choke. I don't care if Love is part of it but I wouldn't mind seeing him play well on the way to the ECF as long as the team implodes in the end. I have no reasoning other than it would be funny to watch The only team I really dislike is Houston but yet I still would like Cleveland to fall apart in the end....maybe it's just to keep the factory of sadness narrative going lol.

I don't want to see Lebron in the finals again, so I hope they fail.

I want Love to display the same gritty defense he did for us, and have all the success he had with the Wolves the last seven years.

And as I type this, Love leaves a 4-foot turnaround jumper 2-feet short...still scoreless 3 minutes into the second quarter.

I'm home town loyal to a fault, if I had my way Love would not win another game, ever. The same goes for the Stars and Lakers!!

I want to see the two best teams in the NBA Finals, and I believe Cleveland is one of them. So, yes, I'm rooting for the Cavs. I also still like and enjoy watching Kevin Love play. Unlike a lot of posters here, I realize that the Wolves organization as a whole FAILED over the time he was here. We (you Love haters) chastise Kahn constantly for his idiotic decisions as GM, but then resent Love for not being able to single-handedly get the Wolves to the playoffs in the brutally tough West. That's just ridiculous. As you saw this year, not even the MVP candidate and NBA scoring leader Russell Westbrook was able to carry the Thunder to the playoffs by himself. IT'S A TEAM GAME.

Yes, it is a team game, and that's why I want to see the Hawks come out of the East. The Cavs may have the best individual players, but it's difficult to make a case that they play a better team game than the Hawks.

Nailed it

I would like to see the Hawks do well too. If we ever build a good team, it'll look like the Hawks.

At this point I could care less about Love, he's their 3rd or 4th most important player. We got the better of the Love for Wiggins trade. I know a lot of people still look at it as a win-win but I honestly think a strong case could be made that the Cavs would be a better team this year if they had Wiggins. It would be great to see Lebron fall short again though.

Even though I think the wolves got the better of the deal, but who knows if we switch places, K love would still be putting up monster numbers, and it is not like the wolves won this year with Wiggins as the lead guy. It is who knows, I love the trade, but lets not shit on Klove because he is the 3rd option, so would wiggins (if that) and his numbers would be greatly effected also

I want whatever outcome leads to him leaving Cleveland because they don't deserve him with the way they scapegoat him while having no idea how to use him. The more stars on the more teams the better plus 25 and 12 Love is way more fun to watch than 17 and 10. I like watching good players play well and he'll never be able to play well in Cleveland with the way they use him.
