I can't really rip on anyone for throwing numbers out there because I probably won't but. Like Q has said the scoring per minute on some of these predictions is high. Like Lip said who know how. Many minutes he will get with Rubio Martin and Williams on the roster. Flip will Play LaVine and Martin will be hurt for a bunch of games but yeah he might have limited opportunities especially early on.

I am VERY high on LaVine. He really blew me away with his summer league performance. What the hell was Steve Alford thinking?!?

But I have no doubt it will be a struggle for LaVine in the upcoming season. Wins will be important, especially early in the season. I'm not sure LaVine will even be part of a regular rotation early on. Some extended play time in the D-League will be a good thing. It's a damn shame the Wolves weren't able to procure their own D-League team this year...

- 18 MPG
- 10 PPG
- 3 APG
- 3 RPG
- 43% FG
- 38% 3P
- Wins the dunk contest on All-Star weekend.

Well, I was a little ambitious on the MPG/production. Wish I could change 18 to 24 and I would have been pretty close.

I would say Zach exceeded the consensus here in terms of shooting percentage especially when you consider his pretty impressive FT% for a very young rookie. His stats and some things he did on the court give enough reason to be optimistic towards him being a legit factor going forward. Isn't it weird how just a few months ago we were stacked with bigs and unsure of wing players and now it's kinda the other way around?

I'm surprised I didn't post here, but I would have been way off. I didn't think Zach was ready for the NBA, and I really thought he wouldn't get off the bench much.

I still think that if the Wolves had been healthy all year, Zach would have had a difficult time seeing the floor...other than in blowouts. Once again, a blessing in disguise for our Wolves.
