Has there ever been an instance where a guy is used in a S&T that makes less than the Max? Not saying it can't be done, but getting around the Max deal is usually what drives these trades. Asik clearly isn't a max type guy, and won't get that kind of money. Don't think the idea works because he can sign with anyone, and there will be suiters for him. I would love to have Asik though...so yeah.

It's almost like I started the post off with highly unlikely for a reason. Just seeing if anyone thought that was an intriguing possibility.
