Based on what we have heard come out of their mouths (Lavine & Wiggins), especially Lavine, indicates they are hard workers, very willing to learn and do what is asked of them. There hasn't been anything I have seen or heard to indicate otherwise thus it makes no sense to even worry/talk about that IMO.

As far as KG staying on the court, it's pretty obvious the only reason he's not playing is b/c it would be a waste of what he has left in the tank. Save him for next year when it will matter a lot more with a much more healthy team going into the season.

He might play more than 47 games... I'd hope the team isn't tanking that early in the season next year.

But do you think he's going to be playing in back-to-back games? Because he's been playing fewer and fewer of those and that curbs how many games he'll actually play right off the bat.

If the question is will he play more than 47 games, my answer would be yes. Granted injuries happen, but if he's healthy and only sitting out games to rest then I think he will play more than that without a doubt.

KG is missing the final 21 games. He would have likely sat out 6 of those games during back to backs That leaves 15 games he likely would have played all or most of. That puts him ahead of the 54 he played last year. I bring that up because I think they decided to shut him down and needed an excuse to do so.

Not sure. I honestly don't see any reason why KG can't play some back to back. Cripes, I see 40/50 year old men playing every day at my gym for an hour. And they are not nearly in as good of shape as KG. I guess it all depends on how they want to use him. Personally, I'd rather they play him more games and less minutes vs. more minutes/less games. I think he can still be a very effective guy - especially in crunch time. Use him like a closer in baseball! :-)

I think others have answered this question, but I'm never one to shy away from piling on. Yes, I think he will reverse that trend next year. Or better said, I don't even see it as a trend, since I'm certain KG would have played more than 54 games this year if his games with the Wolves had any meaning. Sitting KG with "knee tendinitis" is just a more subtle form of tanking than the infamous Mark Madsen 3-point barrage. And projecting KG's games played next year based on his games played during this soft tank is akin to predicting that Madsen was going to be hoisting 7 3-pointers a game during 2007 based on his rate at the end of 2006 :) .

I don't think that's necessarily dumb, but I do disagree with the premise that he's worth more than about 5mill due to his limited minutes and that's not even me considering him sitting out 15-25 games.
