AB and Robbie Are Back - Pelicans vs. Wolves - GDT

Post by Volans19 »

Looks like we'll get to see what AB and Payne look like together.

- Kilpatrick's contract expired today since Robbie and AB are back the hardship exception is over

- KG is "sick" so he won't play today (what happened to the knee?)

- 3PM start today

This may be kind of sad but I have honestly deluded myself into thinking KG is just fine and they are just saving him until next year to play a decent amount of minutes. Maybe it's a sub-conscious coping mechanism lol.

Oh... We'll get to see Bennett and Payne together? Might break the record for most clueless plays in one stretch of basketball.

Have no fear. KG's mentoring is on full blast. Basketball Jesus does it again. Gotta love that trade.

I just wanna see LaVine and Wiggins have good games. Everything else means little to me.

Look at Gorgui and Adreian showing off their high IQ. Who needs to guard Asik under the rim anyway?

Payne is pissing me off. He NEVER concedes a rebound to his teammates. He is a floor space destroyer, constantly floating around and driving like an idiot. His defense has been a struggle at best.

But seriously Payne, stop bopping the ball around like you're at a concert and just let your teammates grab a couple.

Hit Gorgui going after an easy board. Also playing patty cake with LaVine a couple times on a rebound. It's mind-boggling.

LaVine playing the 2 has been very, very, VERY, encouraging. I'm finally starting to believe he can be more than a special attraction

Listen to the announcers talk about trading Rubio.

I have high hopes for LaVine.

So if they're both on the court together, who takes the long 2's?
