Wow, great find Cam! I know nothing about him, but he led the nation in scoring and shot .47/.43/.90. Almost 3 assists a game too, so he's not a butcher handling the ball. 6'4", so not terribly undersized for a SG. Sounds more like Curry than McCollum, because even though they all went to small schools, only CJ never faced good competition. Eastern Washington had non-conference games against California, Washington, SMU, Indiana and Georgetown, and Harvey averaged about 25 PPG in those 5 games. Here's an article about him...grew a foot since 9th grade and played at powerhouse Bishop Montgomery in Riverside.

It will be interesting to see how he plays in the workouts, and where he ends up going in the draft. Certainly intriguing.
