I was really high on trading Love & Martin to the Cavs for Wiggins, Waiters and whatever + first round pick. It seems that the Cavs are not willing to put Wiggins on the table which is no brainer for them (Adding Love to Labron (30 years old) will make them immidiate contender).
Minnesota is not popular destenation for N.B.A. players (not big market, cold and ect.), and I have a feeling that the trade didn`t work out only because Wigginses refues to play for the T-wolves and that the only reason the trade didn`t work out yet. Any thoughts?

No. Wiggins hasn't played a single minute of NBA basketball. He doesn't have a say in any trade. Also, I doubt he'd be that cocky and arrogant. If anything, a trade to Minnesota puts him closer to his family in Canada plus gives him a better chance to become a No. 1 for a team. On Cleveland, he's the third/fourth wheel for likely his entire first contract.

I have some thoughts. First, categorizing putting Wiggins on the table as a "no brainer" is understating the complexity of the situation. That's why yesterday's ESPN insider had a collection of NBA GM's, scouts, etc. divided on this, with actually a small majority favoring keeping Wiggins.
Secondly, I suspect you are correct that Wiggins would prefer to stay in Cleveland. What NBA rookie wouldn't want to start his career playing with LaBron, especially when the team also has Irving, Waiters, Bennett, TT and Varejo? Sure, he wants to stay there, but he really doesn't have any say in the matter. If the Cavs really want Love and have to include Wiggins in the deal, then he becomes a Timberwolf. He will probably be disappointed at first, but he seems like a good kid, and I think he would become a good player for us.

Wiggins is actually better off here. Paying with Rubio. A seasoned coach. He can make it his town and be an All-Star and center of a national media campaign like Adrian Peterson, Joe Mauer, and Kevin Love have been recently and many more have been in the past. It is the prefect place for him to make himself into a star.

I'm not sure if you guys read the "God Loves Cleveland" article on Grantland the other day, but Simmons said something interesting. Most of the greats (Bird, Magic, etc) adapted themselves to get the most out of their teammates. MJ and Kobe, however, tried to mold their teammates to fit them. Kobe was sort of successful with Pau for a couple years, but that was it. MJ, as Simmons put it, basically turned Pippen into a taller, longer replica of himself. He did something no one else has really ever done.
As much as I want Wiggins, I kind of want to see if LeBron can do with Wiggins what Jordan did with Pippen. Can you imagine an older, wiser LeBron running around the court with a younger, more athletic version of himself? That would be a site to see.

Good players on bad teams can develop some pretty terrible habits. Who'd show Wiggins how to play "well" in the NBA. How to handle the rigors, vices and temptations?
Who will put him in his place when he needs it?
Wiggins would become a better player learning from James. But I'd still take the Minnesota version...

Plus weather shouldn't be a factor since he's from Toronto.

Rubio and Pek are solid pros. I think the key is not surrounding him with guys like Beasley. I wonder if Wes Johnson and Derrick Williams would have turned out differently coming into a better environment. (Beasley couldn't be helped)
