Love has to go. What would you prefer....
Love is out. We all know that.
If you listen to people outside the Wolves fanbase, the Wolves should be happy to fetch anything for him. If you talk to Wolves fans, they tend to want more.
Let's assume the worst. Which one is better?

I think settling for just anything might be more difficult to swallow. After all, is winning 25 games really that much better for the future of the franchise than winning only 15 games?

Are we trading him pre-season or mid-season? Because that would change my opinion right now.

Well, I'm hearing all the offers will only get worse as the Wolves lose leverage. So maybe it's best to nab Waiters while they can before the Wolves are stuck with Scotty Hopson?

If a deal is garbage I'd rather see him walk than help a good team become great. IE: the Cavs

I don't see the point of trading him for a mediocre return, you're just wasting cap space and flexibility. In the long run, they're better off stinking than fighting for that last playoff spot every year.

I don't believe the wolves will lose any leverage for the simple fact that his only possible destinations are teams he would sign with. Most of those teams won't have the cap space to bring him in next season. Everyone wants to look at Cleveland or GS versus Minny, but it is ultimately Cleveland versus GS versus whoever. Only one team can get Love, and that puts Minny in the driver seat. As long as Flip is willing to bring him back, we will get what we want for him.
Unless we land Wiggins, I am thinking Boston is still looking like the best bet with Chicago (if still in the running) as runner up.

Glen Taylor on NBA TV: "I'd like to have Kevin (Love) play under Flip... My preference is for Kevin to come to camp."

Is it just me, or does every Taylor quote just piss me off? I don't think I can remember listening to anything Glen has said and thought it was intelligent.
HOW DID HE BECOME SO RICH!

That sounds just like "we aren't trading Klay" or "wiggins" for Love, to me!
