ALOT of people thought Lebron wouldn't get over that whole Gilbert letter and he did get past that at least to a certain extent. Its a very different situation, but do we really think that Love and the Wolves can't patch things up and roll for this season? Love didn't directly insult anyone and put it in a public letter. Do you think teammates are gonna be like. Ughh crap that Love guy is back. Who wants that 26-13 guy around I can't believe we didn't trade him. I doubt it. I am not saying we won't move Love for sure, but him being back with the Wolves and it being mostly fine wouldn't shock me either.

I dont think Love liked Rubios comments on his leadership abilities. Thats the relationship I would be most worriedabout if I was trying to retain Love.

What evidence do you have to think that? Besides Rubio said he thought they needed a vet leader which was obvious. I really don't think he threw Love's leadership under the bus at all just described pretty much spot on imo what the state of leadership was. Love is just 25 its not like he should for sure be the unquestioned leader of the team.

I think the fact that teams aren't clamoring for Love in such a manner should humble Love. He's better than anyone thought he'd be, but he's not as great as he thinks he is.

I remember one of Kahn's last statements was that Love needed to win the respect of the locker room back. I don't think he's done that. The team's probably prepared to move on without Love but wouldn't mind him back because they know they're better with him.

People on the Cavs boards don't know if they want to trade Waiters and Bennett for Love.
Excuse me while I pass out from laughing too hard

Without a doubt we COULD. Not sure why you'd want to, though. Waiters is a lot more valuable than Zeller.

Il make that deal 10 times out of 10. Zeller can play and he is better than thompson, bennet, olynyk or sullinger. I like waiters but zeller is going to be better. Not a chance hornets do that though. I would be thrilled if we get wiggins and zeller out of a love trade.

Welp... That's your opinion, which is fine with me. Never been a big Zeller guy and he didn't change my thoughts on him last year in limited action. Waiters has shown me he can ball out. So have Olynyk and Sully. Thompson has decent production on his side. Bennett and Zeller are both meh to me.

No worries cam. We can all have different opinions. I'l just point out that zeller played for a playoff team and he played behind mcroberts who had a career year last year. Flip likes zeller in last years draft and would have drafted him @ 9 if he fell. Give him time and he will impress. Cant see the hornets trading him though. He fits perfectly with big al at the front court. Both him and vonleh actually are ideal fits to al but vonleh will take a few more years to develop.

Sounds like the Bulls are out going after Gasol. Are the Rockets out? Can the Rockets trade Parson?

Why wouldn't we want A, Harison, and Lee for Love if we want to win now? I am not sold on Klay.
