Sounds like a big crowd. They pushed the start time to from 7 to 7:15 to let the long, long line in. The lower bowl is full and people are filing into the upper bowl.

Milt Newton just said that Payne has been the most dominant player in the 3 practices thus far, They thought he will flourish with a summer and training camp under his belt. Of course, Milt's job is pump his players up...
