If you ignore offensive stats you're totally right.
I don't understand the hate for Belly. He can score, rebound and pass and plays better defense than Bazz. Bazz can only score. The team does much worse when Bazz is on the court than Belly.

He may be able to. He just hasn't yet this year at all. I don't understand your hate for Bazz, he has scored more efficiently than Belly in far fewer minutes.

Belly leads Bazz in nearly every statistical category this year. Belly has a better true shooting percentage, better 3 pt shooting percentage, more rebounds, more assists, more steals, more blocks, fewer turnovers, better RPM, better win shares. Bazz only leads in scoring and FG and FT % but despite this Bazz has a worse True Shooting Percentage when you factor in Belly's superiority from the 3 point line.
I'm still high on Belly long-term, but he has been awful for the past three weeks. He's not doing much for us on either end of the court, and I think we will see Payne picking up some of his minutes to give him a break to sort things out.
Pek worked out at full speed today (no contact yet though), so it sounds like he will be ready for some minutes by the start of the year. This will allow Towns and/or Gorgui to play some minutes at PF in place of Belly until he can show he's more ready for the NBA game.

Nice to hear pek progressing. Pek coming back healthy can only be positive for the team.
