Jesus H. Christ on a popsicle stick man, give it a rest. Most of us like Ricky because he plays his ass off when he's on the court and almost without fail makes the team and players around him better. Is he flawed? Yes, we all know that too. Not every thread needs to turn into a Ricky discussion though. Sheesh.
Good summary Cool, the play at home has been the biggest disappointment for me and it's not even close. I'm not a fan of Mitchell's coaching, but I think he's a decent fit for a young team THIS year. Beyond that we need to find someone better.
I'm tolerating the KAT dnp-cd's in the 4th quarter for now, but if this season is truly about development, as Mitchell keeps preaching, then this better change sooner than later. Also, the "Gorgui is a young player and needs to be developed as well" argument holds no water for me--dude will be 26 in about a month. KAT just turned 20. C'mon.
And finally, R.I.P. Scott Weiland. Died in Minnesota of all places. Glad I got to see STP with him as the singer, all the other versions are simply imposters.
On his way to the Medina ballroom, which shows how far this talented guy had fallen. Opiates take down another 90s rocker...nasty stuff.

Absolutely agree. Pork's ranting about Rubio is getting to be worse than Cam's ranting about Anthony Bennett.
Talk about a fall. This year Bennett has been on the court for a total of just 43 minutes over 7 games and in those minutes/games he has:
Scored 9 total points
Made 1 field goal
Grabbed 12 rebounds
Sad, nobody thought he should have been the 1st, but did anyone think it would be this bad?

We're sick of paying to watch losers.
I was at game 7 of the Kings series. It was the loudest place I've ever been. It was like someone blasting a stereo full blast into your ear for 2 hours straight.

Its not really that surprising. I was like "Holy Sht" when he was drafted #1. I didn't see anything at all that warranted such a high selection and thought he was more likely to be a bust than anything special, but honestly never contemplated how bad he would be. He makes Kandi and Kwame Brown seem like great picks.
I am so glad he's off our roster. He was an unwarranted distraction.

Those who're shocked, SHOCKED raise your hand.
Sad for his family, and the guy made some great music, addiction sucks!

Wow, that is surprising, only 1 FG this year? Holy Crap. Thad averaging 15 and 8 for the Nets, respectable, but not shooting 3's and 60% from the line. Lots of long 2's??
With the problems of Jahlil, the slow development of Jabari and now Bennett, kudos to Flip posthumously for the roster we have now.

Thank you for proving my point. Jazz, Blazers, Kings are all way ahead of us in attendance, always are. Because their fans go to support their team. Not to wait until their team earns it. Granted they don't have hockey teams competing for attendance, but it is a different mentality.
I don't have a problem with Minnesota fans being discretionary, but if no one shows up we aren't going to have a home court advantage.

To be fair, the crosstown hockey team makes a difference. As does the large university in town. As does 30 years of much more success for the Jazz and Blazers. The Kings were last in attendance as recently as 2013.
