Kings in the lead?

Post by Phenom »

Buzz around #NBA is #Kings leaders in Kevin Love sweepstakes when/if occur. Don't care about extension. Will trade anything but Cousins.

Budinger and Love for Pick 8. McLemore? Gay? DERRICK WILLIAMS?

Doogie says no discussions with Kings have occured yet.

Because no team is better set up to win a championship than the dynasty known as the Sacrificial Things...

Having 2 teams (Sac, Bos) allegedly not require an extension is great news for the Wolves. It should only enhance offers.

You're right, phenom...just seems to me like such a risky strategy though.

That trade would make us the kings for another 10 years.

Better than the trash hypothetical offer being discussed in the "Love visits Boston" thread, Olynyk, 6, and Green.

I would still prefer #6, #17 and the Brooklyn picks, plus sending Love east with Olynyk or Sully. I do not hate the Kings offer though.

Yeah, with 17 and the Brooklyn picks id lean Boston. I think someone brought up the bare minimum they,d accept and that was just Olynyk, Green, and 6.

If recent reports are true that the Wolves aren't interested in what Boston has, then I suspect they want vets instead of picks.

I haven't seen those reports, phenom. But with all the news and rumors swirling about, I easily could have missed something. Do you have a link, or do you remember who on the Wolves commented?

Seems strange that they would comment at all, since their official position is that Love is coming back.
