Lakers
They have striked out huge in FA market, but they do seem to have some good young prospects. Anyone else think if they go young this year and their young players show potential they could have
a lot more success in FA next year?
Clarkson/Russell/Randle/Upshaw could all have bright NBA futures.

Re: Lakers
Top free agents seem to be more concerned with winning over market size. The Lakers and Knicks have no other option but go young.

That would be an interesting move.

I do. I think it is interesting watching them try to build a team and being at the bottom.
Re: Lakers
Just absorbing Hibbert in to salary cap space is a pretty good move if the Lakers can pull that off.
What is the plan for the pacers for bigs?

Kobe is killing that franchise slowly.

They drafted Myles Turner and he is looking good so far. I expect he is groomed to take over at center. They also have Lavoy Allen and Ian Mahinmi on their roster.

Re: Lakers
Well they just traded for Hibbert for cap space and some 2nd round picks. Helps them "be competitive" and by that I mean not be the worst in the West.
