I'm Matt. Born and raised in the South Island of New Zealand, lived in Australia for 5 years and am currently living in Kelowna, British Columbia. I am about to embark on a road trip with my girl friend through BC, Alberta, Washington State, Oregon, Idaho and Montana. Then I'm heading back to the world's most beautiful country - New Zealand. I am a landscape photographer and an avid hiker / mountaineer.

Started following the Wolves in early 2000's after watching KG play at the Sydney Olympics. Name kind of speaks for itself.

I forgot to mention, my member name. Many years ago there was a college basketball player whose nickname was CoolBreeze. I can't remember who it was, but his team went fairly deep in the NCAA tournament. I liked the name so much that I copied it and have used it in various venues.

Doug? Your name is Doug? Hearing that is like peeling a banana and finding a TV remote inside, or turning on the faucet and seeing M&Ms pour out. I don't even know what's real anymore.

Does make me opDOUGistic for this team's future?

Grew up in western suburbs. Family had season tickets from the dome on. Moved to Vancouver, BC and live their still with wife and 3 kids. Despite popular opinion I am not Flip Saunders, though I did love the Shabazz pick.

Art, music, science and the Wolves are my passions. Write songs and play in a band that is in a simliar fashion to the music that LST is referring to in his screen name. Go Wolves.

Name's Andrew. 38 years old. Old member name was warneandrew, but somehow got locked out of that account on the ESPN board so switched to SameOldDrew. Grew up in a couple small towns in western Minnesota, saw the Wolves play in the dome then ignored them until I moved away from the Midwest, it was the 2000 playoff series (Portland, I think it was). Then lived in the Mississippi Delta (saw the Grizz play pretty regularly), then to Philly (taught Kyle Lowry at Nova--he plagiarized), and then to Chicago (watched a lot of Bulls games). Last year we moved to Germany, where my wife is from. Not too far from Dirk's hometown, we live in a forest filled with castles and the ghosts of the Grimm brother's tales--they lived just down the road. Think about that. Dirk's ancestors may have included the woodsman who saved Red Riding Hood. Or the big bad wolf. Who knows with these Germans.

SN is Yosimar because well my name is Yosimar... Was Yosi1989 back in the ESPN days, not exactly a bastion of clever screens names for me.

I was born in Cuba and moved to the states when i was 10, stayed in Miami for about 2 weeks and then moved to Las Vegas and have been living here ever since, went to middle school here, high school and college (UNLV). Being 10 and being from a different country i had no real ties to any teams from any of the 4 major sports so i picked the Wolves for the same basic reason i picked almost all the other teams, i thought their logo looked cool haha. Being Cuban the only real sport i cared about was baseball ("choose" two favorites here, Diamondbacks and Indians) so it took me longer to actually care about all other sports even if after immediately getting here i "choose" my favorites (Timberwolves, Flyers in hockey, Dolphins in Football) because i knew nothing about these sports, i would say about 3-4 of being in this country is when i started to actually follow and pay attention to all the other 3 sports (i think the playoffs of 02-03 is when i actually started caring when they would go on to lose to the lakers, which im pretty sure is the reason i despise the lakers even to this day when they're just as much a joke as us, before that i was just a cusual fan not really caring about outcomes or how they were doing) and good time to start out with with that awesome regular season they had the next year and getting to the conference finals little did i know it would all go terribly down hill from there.

Now i find myself watching their games via a shitty link on my computer and hoping we can stop sucking again someday and maybe just maybe having the privilege of getting bounced out in the first round like they used to do. Im finding hope with all this sucking that we may be building something which will hopefully last around 5-6 years before the star of the team decides to bail or they get screwed because they're a small market team and reality sets in.

I wouldn't describe myself as the rage monster but I thought it was a pretty funny one especially in the golf video. I bet most of you have seen it already but here's the link to the basketball stereotype video. We're all basketball fans so I think you'll find it funny but you've ever played pickup ball you'll think it's hilarious. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0gWxHFMog9w

That's still my favorite video from them! Good stuff.

That's pretty hilarious. I'm not that old but I probably have been close to being that accessories guy at times. I stared wearing knee pads a few years ago when I play because I can't stop myself from diving on the floor for loose balls and it hurts a lot more now than it did in my late 20's. Lol

I laughed when it came to the rage monster one. It reminded me of one of the guys I played intramural sports with that woukd lose it at times. There was one flag football game they were losing so bad that on the kickoff in the 4th quarter Mike caught the ball took a couple steps and punted the ball back. It was hilarious. I was officiating the game and I fell on the ground laughing. We ended the game at that point and it was a bit of a turning point for Mike in making fun of himself and getting control of his temper.

Lets see. Real name is Brandon and I just turned 30 in May. Born & raised in Anoka, MN before moving to Blaine and currently reside in Brooklyn Center. Not as traveled as some of you I see hah, but we used to take family vacations out to Montana every summer with the grandparents as a kid.

My SN was always Bigten08, which was a combination of my HS nickname big ten footer (I'm 6'7) and my favorite number 8, but I eventually decided to change it up. TheGrey is pretty much based on how life is often seen black & white when in fact it's mostly the grey in between.

I've followed MN sports since I first got into them really. I've always have secondary teams/players here and there. Bulls during the Jordan era, Dolphins during the Marino era, Falcons with Vick, Mariners with Griffey Jr, and Stars with Modano to name a few. Outside of hometown teams I tend to root for the underdog or teams that never win it all.
